Needham Junction Ice Cream To Close After Friday

NEEDHAM, MA — If you plan on picking up a cone of ice cream while at the Needham Junction train station, you have until Friday to do so.

Needham Junction Ice Cream announced on their Facebook page Wednesday that Aug. 31 will be their final day of operation. The post cited unforeseen circumstances beyond their control as the reason for the permanent closure.

"We appreciate all of your business for the past 2 decades and allowing us to be a cornerstone in the Needham community. Thank you all," the post stated.

For those looking for one last trip, Needham Junction Ice Cream is open from 2 to 9 p.m. through Friday.
