Needham Native To Make Directorial Debut With Seth Rogen-Produced Comedy

Lee Eisenberg is set to make his motion picture directorial debut with "Good Boys."

A Needham native is set to direct for the big screen for the first time. Directed by Lee Eisenberg, "Good Boys," is produced by Seth Rogen and is about four 12-year-olds who tried to make the trip from the Los Angeles suburb of Tarzana to the Sherman Oaks Galleria to replace a broken drone before their parents get home.

Joining Eisenberg in the director's chair will be Gene Stupnitsky, who also wrote the script with Eisenberg, according to Variety.

Eisenberg's best known work is from the American version of "The Office." He was a co-executive produce, producer, and writer for several episodes including "Dinner Party" and "Scott's Tots," two of the more notoriously uncomfortably good episodes of the series.
