A group of Needham High School students recently performed at Symphony Hall as part of the prestigious Massachusetts Music Educators All-State Festival. These young musicians first auditioned last fall for the Massachusetts Music Educators Eastern District festival. After being selected, they then prepared a second audition and competed against students from across the state for a spot in the All-State Festival. Earning a spot with the All-State Festival is considered the highest honor for a high school music student in Massachusetts.

The All-State Festival was held on March 2nd and 5th and included a day of rehearsal and a concert at Symphony Hall in Boston.

Congratulations to the talented students and supportive faculty members who were involved in the Eastern District and All-State festivals.
