NEEDHAM, MA — Another Mexican restaurant is expected to open in Needham in 2019. The Hungry Coyote, located across from Needham High School at 1185 Highland Avenue will be one of two Mexican restaurants hoping to open this July.

Owner and Needham resident Matthew Saiia, who also runs Avocados Mexican Taqueria in Stoughton and the Hungry Coyote in Whitman, plans to have the Needham location be a blend of fast, casual eating during the day and a place to have drinks during the evening. The Hungry Coyote will open for lunch and dinner, as well as breakfast. Saiia told the Needham Times he expects the breakfast burrito to be a big hit.

″(Needham) is a breakfast town, Mendez told the Needham Times. "If we didn’t do it we’d be missing out on the biggest sales of the days."
