Pick Up the Pieces

It’s another time to pick up the pieces and bling it up! We had so much fun last month, we are opening the doors again this month!!

Glass, Arts and More, 60 Dedham Ave, Needham is a local glass studio owned and operated by mother-daughter team, Sheryl Scipione and Jordan Fuller, both cancer survivors. The two started the studio with the intention of sharing the therapeutic benefits they found by creating glass art with the community. For a $10 donation per piece, you get to help create this magnificent Boston Landmark in stained glass. We will teach you how to cut, grind and foil a piece of glass to fit into this piece. The best part of this project is that each person who donates gets entered into a raffle to which this beautiful piece is the prize! This project will have over 100 pieces. Stop in and join the fun!

The studio is filled with beautiful colorful glass window ornaments, dichroic glass jewelry, bowls, sun catchers and more. You will have an opportunity to learn how to cut glass, how to make your own creations and you can plan a fun evening out with a group of friends.

Proceeds for the event will allow for a larger kiln to expedite the class creations.
