Snow Forecast for Needham Lowered

NEEDHAM, MA - If you’re looking out a window and thinking that the storm hasn’t lived up to the hype, the National Weather Service agrees with you.

In their 2 p.m. update, the NWS pulled back on their projected snow totals, bringing Needham down from eight to 12 inches to six to eight.

Snow is still expected to fall during the evening, with a 40 percent chance of snow showers Tuesday and a 30 percent chance Wednesday.

Despite less snow than expected, the roads are still messy, with the NWS reminding drivers to take it slow during the afternoon and evening commute.
