New Affordable Housing Opportunity in Newton

NEWTON, MA – The City of Newton recently announced a new affordable housing opportunity at 16 Whittemore Rd.

The property is a three-bedroom condo in unit 1 of the building, which goes for $309,206. Applications must be completed and returned to the City of Newton Housing and Community Development Division by Dec. 12.

Incomplete applications will not be accepted, and those submitted after the deadline will be put on a wait list in the order they are received.
