Those who qualify must submit an application by June 30 at 5 p.m. to be considered.

Newton, MA – Metro West Collaborative Development is currently accepting applications for one-, two-, and three-bedroom affordable apartments in Newton.

The units will be awarded through a lottery; the following income limits apply, according to the Newton city website:
