On Tuesday, August 23, staff from Quincy Mutual Group in Quincy donated school supplies to the South Shore YMCA Germantown Neighborhood Center. These supplies will be distributed to children living in the Germantown neighborhood. Supplies were collected from an internal company donation drive. The Quincy Mutual Group team began their drive with a goal of collecting 10 boxes of supplies, and quickly surpassed this goal, donating a total of 18 boxes of school supplies.

Quincy Mutual Group frequently hosts donation drives and employee events to benefit the South Shore YMCA and the Germantown Neighborhood Center, such as dress-down days, food drives, and school supply drives.

“We are so thankful to the Quincy Mutual Group’s generous donation, thanks to them we can provide kids in Germantown the resources they need for a successful school year,” said Josh Esquivel, Community Outreach Director at the South Shore YMCA. “Our team at the Germantown Neighborhood Center is grateful to be able to partner with agencies that care so much about their community.”
