Officer And Child Among Three Injured In Roslindale Crash

Boston police are investigating the cause of the crash on Cummins and Sycamore Streets.

ROSLINDALE, MA — A two-car crash involving a police cruiser in Roslindale sent three to the hospital Monday morning.

The accident happened at 7:39 a.m. at the intersection of Cummins and Sycamore Streets. The officer's SUV cruiser appears to have hit the driver's side of a minivan, with airbags in both cars going off.

Three people including the officer and a child were taken to a hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
