BOSTON, March 7, 2022 — Boston Police Officer Matthew Morrissey was arraigned today in the Dorchester Division of Boston Municipal Court on witness intimidation charges for his actions against a BPD anti-corruption officer who was leading an investigation into Morrissey’s violation of city residency requirements, District Attorney Kevin R. Hayden said.
