Salem 2023 Election Voter Guide: Candidates, Profiles, Where To Vote

Salem voters will go to the polls to vote for City Council and School Committee representatives on Tuesday.

SALEM, MA — Salem voters will go to the polls to choose the next City Council as well as School Committee members in the municipal general election on Tuesday.

The are six candidates running for four At-Large Council seats, four candidates for two School Committee seats and contested races in four City Council wards.

Mail-In Ballots

Those with mail-in ballots must return them to the Elections Office in Room #5 of City Hall on Washington Street before 8 p.m. on Election Day to be counted.

Ballots can also be brought to drop boxes located at Fire Station Headquarters, 48 Lafayette Street, Fire Station #5, 64 Loring Avenue, Fire Station #4, 415 Essex Street, Fire Station #2, 142 North Street and at the dropbox outside of City Hall at 93 Washington Street.
