Laurence Sawyer Featured in Telegram's 'No Excuses' Column

In case you missed it, there is an inspirational article in the Worcester Telegram and Gazette featuring Laurence Sawyer.

She's the focus of this month's "No Excuses" column. A Shrewsbury resident, Sawyer is a mother, veterinarian, coach and wife, and has also had knee surgery and broke her arm in a motorcycle accident. And still, she manages to stay fit and work out—in some way—every day.
