Nicholas Diliberto and Emmanuel Jalbert both scored two touchdowns as the visiting Shrewsbury High School varsity football team defeated Westborough, 48-10, on Saturday.
Diliberto ran for an 8-yard score 2:45 into the game, the game's first points. His 3-yard touchdown run 6:42 into the second quarter put Shrewsbury ahead, 28-3.
Jalbert ran for a 58-yard touchdown 6:26 into the first quarter. He caught an 8-yard touchdown pass from Maxim Najarian early in the third quarter.
Westborough's points came on senior Jack Chuma's 20-yard field goal with about two minutes left in the first quarter, and senior Kevin Doherty's 70-yard run with 7:09 left in the game.
Westborough hosts Groton-Dunstable at 2 p.m. Saturday.
Shrewsbury travels to Leominster at 7 p.m. Friday.
