Framingham Sex Offender Arrested After Exposing Himself In Sudbury

SUDBURY, MA — A registered level 2 sex offender from Framingham was arrested Friday after he masturbated in front of a woman at a Sudbury grocery store, according to police.

The woman was in the parking lot at the Boston Post Road Shaw's in Sudbury around 7:30 a.m. when the man exposed himself. She dialed 911 and followed the man to Marlborough.

Once in the neighboring city, the woman flagged down a Marlborough officer, who attempted to find the man, who was driving an SUV.

But around 8 a.m., a Sudbury officer in an unmarked car found the man driving along Patony Road in Framingham. The Sudbury officer pulled the man over and arrested him.

John Driscoll, 52, of Simpson Drive in Framingham, was arrested on charges of open and gross lewd and lascivious behavior, accosting/annoying another person and disorderly conduct.
