SUDBURY, MA — The Lincoln-Sudbury School Committee is reopening a survey seeking input in the search for a new superintendent.

Lincoln Sudbury Regional District School Committee member Kevin Matthews, a Sudbury resident who is in charges of the superintendent search committee, said the survey is back because local residents had a hard time finding it previously.

Now, the survey will be open until Jan. 30 for residents in Lincoln, Sudbury and METCO parents and students. The survey asks for feedback on items like priorities for the future of the school, and personal traits desired in a new superintendent. You can view the survey here.

Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School Superintendent Bella Wong's announced in October she would step down at the end of the 2022-23 school year. Wong began her education career at LSRHS more than two decades ago as a science teacher.

The LSRHS School Committee has formed a subcommittee to search for Wong's replacement. Part of the search process involves getting feedback from the public about what qualities they want in a new superintendent. The district previously held two public forums on the topic.
