Sizable Residential Development Coming To Sudbury: Report

SUDBURY, MA — Atlanta-based Pulte Group is set to develop a 274-unit residential development along Route 117 in Sudbury, according to the Worcester Business Journal.

The development will include a designated housing area for seniors over the age of 55, along with units for people of all ages, according to the publication.

Its first phase of apartments will open this summer, and more apartments will open throughout the next two or three years.
