"Pat was a generous man who would do anything for anyone. He was a sports fanatic, big-time golfer, and a Mr. Fixit kind of guy. He had a great appreciation for the simple things in life. His eyes lit up for snowstorms, ice pops, prime rib, and root beer floats. A hard-working, sweet, innocent man, gone way too soon," his obituary said.
