Toddler Flown To Hospital Following Fall From Shopping Cart In Sudbury

A 2-year-old was transported by helicopter to a Boston hospital after falling from a shopping cart.

SUDBURY, MA — A 2-year-old was transported to a Boston hospital Sunday following a fall from a shopping cart, according to the Wayland Fire Department.

A Wayland ambulance crew responded to Sudbury and transported the patient to a landing zone at Wayland Town Hall. Life Flight then transported the child to Boston.

The child's injuries were unspecified and there has been no report on the child's condition.
