Tewksbury Man Charged With Dealing Meth: Police

A man was arrested last week on drug-dealing charges, according to police.

TEWKSBURY, MA — A man was arrested on charges that he dealt methamphetamine in Tewksbury, according to police.

Cameron Joyce, 30, of Tewksbury, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine (36 grams or more), operating with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Police said members of the Tewksbury Police Narcotics Unit watched a drug transaction as it took place outside a home on Grove Street. They then moved in to stop the person involved who they later identified as Joyce.

Police said they found 135 tablets of what appeared to be Adderall weighing approximately 42 grams, as well as $1,191 in cash.

Testing revealed the tablets were methamphetamine, according to police.

Joyce was taken into custody and arraigned Friday in Lowell District Court.
