Tewksbury's O'Donnell Law Acquired By Albany, NY's Harding Mazzotti

O'Donnell is run by Kathy O'Donnell, the past president of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury's O'Donnell Law Firm has been acquired by Albany, New York-based Harding Mazzotti LLP, the latter firm announced Wednesday.

O'Donnell, located at 170 Main St. Units G1 and G2, is focused on all aspects of serious personal injury litigation, including construction site accidents, medical malpractice, automobile collisions, liquor liability, premises liability, falls on snow and ice and worker's compensation cases, according to the firm's website.

Kathy O'Donnell, who runs the firm, is a successful trial lawyer who has held executive and leadership positions with major legal associations in Massachusetts. She is the past president of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Greater Lowell Bar Association.

O'Donnell also has been asked to speak to Congress and to numerous state legislatures about auto insurance issues and automobile-related laws and their impact on people injured in collisions.

Harding Mazzotti, which now has 14 locations, is a personal injury law firm that has recovered more than $1 billion for victims of personal injury, vehicle injury, work-related injury, medical malpractice and other related practice areas, according to the firm.

Kathy O'Donnell said she has worked with Harding Mazzotti for over 20 years and that her team is excited to join forces with the firm.
