Winter Weather Warning Issued for Tewksbury

Tewksbury is now expected to get four to eight inches of snow starting early Friday morning before tapering off midday.

TEWKSBURY, MA - The forecast for snow overnight through Friday afternoon has increased and Tewksbury is now under a Winter Storm Warning.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning in effect from 1 a.m. Friday morning until 3 p.m. Friday afternoon for areas throughout Massachusetts including Tewksbury.

Tewksbury could see now between four to eight inches of snow.

Rain begins late Thursday night before changing to snow early Friday morning. Heavy snow is expected during the Friday morning commute before taping off midday Friday.
