$215 or $175 session fee covers up to 3 humans (1 caregiver + 2 youth or 2 caregivers + 1 youth or a family group of 2)
A caregiver & me program for toddlers and pre-K learners and their families exploring the land WFCF farms.
Join your young children on an adventure in the great outdoors and explore the landscape of Waltham Fields Community Farm! Unique, farm-based education programs provide a structured, hands-on environment that encourages you and your little ones to learn about the farm and the food it produces through projects, play, movement, and snacking. Children and caregivers participate in a range of activities together, such as exploring trees and leaves, observing and tracking wildlife, playing games, making natural art, singing songs, reading interactive books, harvesting veggies and herbs, and exploring the signs of the seasons in the garden and on the farm. Please note this program takes place fully outdoors rain or shine. The Learning Garden Cottage will be lightly heated and will provide shelter for rainy, snowy, or chilly days.
