Rachel Spooner, a dynamic professor with nearly two decades of experience, has made a profound impact in the realm of education, teaching Business Law and Ethics across undergraduate, MBA, and law school programs. At the heart of her career is a dedication to mentoring students, guiding thousands through their academic and personal journeys, particularly during their pivotal first year of college.

Beyond academia, Rachel is the founder of Thrive College Coaching, assisting students and families in navigating the transition to college. Prior to her teaching career, she practiced as a litigation attorney, focusing on commercial, securities, and bankruptcy cases, as well as doing extensive pro bono work for prisoners, indigent criminal defendants, and on a death penalty case.

When she is not working with students, Rachel can be found at her home in Wayland, Massachusetts, watching college basketball with her husband and two children, walking her dogs, or reading.
