Habit Burger Offers Free Burgers If It Gets 1 Million Downloads

Wilmington's newest fast food joint is giving fans until Dec. 16 to get 1 million app downloads.

WILMINGTON, MA — Interested in trying Wilmington's new burger joint, Habit Burger? Well if you download their app, you might be able to get your first burger for free.

The California-based fast food chain will give away their signature charburgers to all mobile app users if they reach 1 million downloads by Dec. 16.

"This is The Habit's most exciting mission to date. We hope everyone accepts this challenge and joins the adventure of getting a free Charburger," said Habit Burger Vice President Brandon LaChance in a statement. "Tell everyone you know. We're in this together so we can all enjoy free chargrilled goodness!"

Habit Burger opened its first location in Massachusetts, at 196 Ballardvale Street, last month. In addition to charburgers, the chain specializes in milkshakes.

If the chain hits its app download goal, registered app users will be eligible to get a charburger with cheese with the purchase of a regular drink via the app, the week of Dec. 21. The app is available through Apple and Google Play.
