New Mexican Restaurant Has Soft Opening In Wilmington
Pancho's Cantina is opening at 4 pm this week and will begin regular service hours this weekend.
WILMINGTON, MA -- A new, 3,868-square-foot Mexican restaurant opened in Wilmington this week. Pancho's Catina, located at 206 Ballardville Street near Target, is having a soft opening with a limited menu and operating of hours of 4-11 pm this week. This weekend the restaurant will roll out its full menu and regular hours.
Executive Chef Fonzi Chavez's menu features California-Mexican cuisine, with dishes like Pancho's Pasta featuring chorizo, Picadillo beef, and chicken with mushrooms, bell peppers, & onions in an alfredo sauce and tequila-lime chicken topped with roasted garlic cilantro olive oil with grilled green onions.
Pancho's Cantina will be open from 11 am to 10 pm Sunday through Thursday and 11 am to 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The restaurant has seating for 108 guests and a full bar.
