Open House at Abundant Life Christian School and Learning Center

Abundant Life Christian School and Learning Center to hold Elementary and Learning Center Open House, Infants through 5th Grade.

Wilmington – The Abundant Life Christian School and Learning Center will be holding an Open House for Infants through 5th Grade on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm for families of infants through 5th grade for the 2019-2020 school year.

At Abundant Life Christian Learning Center, we strongly agree that children’s play is where serious social and personal growth, discovery and problem solving happens. Our basic philosophy is what drives our teaching as we help your child learn and grow. Unique programs such as monthly Adventure Days, help re-enforce what happens each day in our classrooms. Our Learning Center has classrooms and play space for: infant/pre-toddlers, toddlers, transitional preschool, preschool and prekindergarten age children.

The Learning Center was established for infants, toddlers and preschoolers to provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment within a Christian context that affirms God's love and values and provide a fund, loving, and joy-filled place to learn and grow. Our teaching staff is dedicated and fully vested in your children with majority of them serving over 11 years at Abundant Life.

According to Grade School Administrator Kristen Jones, the elementary school program at Abundant Life is an academically challenging experience in an intimate setting. We offer a curriculum that is academically sound, intellectually challenging and theologically consistent with our faith as followers of Jesus Christ. Our elementary program includes visual arts, music theory, learning specialist, technology, Spanish, chapel and service projects. We offer a separate class for each grade level.

We have been Growing Kids God's Way since 1982 and according to an ALCS family, “Our family loves ALCS! It is part of the foundation that we use to raise our children. The smaller class sizes allow the teachers to spend one on on time with students. There are opportunities for my children to learn and grow in a safe and loving environment.”
