Wilmington-Based Assisting Hands Receives Multiple Accolades

HCP named the company a Provider of Choice and Caregiver of Choice based on feedback from clients and employees.

WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington-based Assisting Hands Serving Boston North Suburbs, which provides non-medical home care for the elderly, disabled and others needing assistance, received multiple accolades this week based on feedback from clients and employees.

Assisting Hands, located at 5 Middlesex Ave., suite 19, earned the 2023 Best of Home Care-Provider of Choice Award and Best of Home Care-Employer of Choice Award from Home Care Pulse (HCP), a company that evaluates home care providers.

HCP grants these awards to an exclusive group of home care providers that have scored well on HCP's comprehensive client and employee satisfaction surveys.

"We're extremely humbled by our clients and caregivers for their feedback on our company. I believe it demonstrates our dedication to hiring only the best caregivers and then providing our clients with excellent in-home care," said John Benchoff, owner of Assisting Hands Serving Boston North Suburbs.

Assisting Hands Serving Boston North Suburbs was founded in 2018 and, according to the company, provides reliable home care for clients needing in-home services. The company said its services support the individual's choices and preferences in order to maintain their dignity and independence.
