  • "Print out the application on our website, fill it out and mail it in with your check for the proper amount made payable to the Town of Wilmington and, if necessary, your updated rabies information.
  • You can apply for renewal online between the dates of December 1 and June 1 by going to our Dog Registration Renewal Page at: https://www.wilmingtonma.gov/town-clerk/pages/dog-licenses snd following the instructions on that page for submitting your online payment. If you renew online and if necessary, send an updated rabies certificate via email to [email protected] or mail it in."

The town does not register new dogs online; residents with new dogs must either come to the office in person or mail in an application with a rabies certificate and proof of spay/neuter status.

The town cannot renew registration without an updated rabies certificate.
