Wilmington Weather: Summer is on the Way

With Memorial Day just a week away, summer temperatures are about to return. Here's a look at this week's forecast.

WILMINGTON, MA - We've been waiting patiently and this week forecasters say we may finally have the summer weather we've been eagerly waiting for.

The week starts off with temperatures in the 70s on Monday, some rain on Tuesday but then it's 80 plus degrees from mid- to late- week.

  • Monday: Mostly sunny skies with a few afternoon clouds and a high of 74 degrees. Partly cloudy skies early with increased clouds and showers for Monday night and a low of 51.
  • Tuesday: Rain showers in the morning will become more intermittent in the afternoon and a high of 65. Mostly cloudy skies early Tuesday night with a low of 52 degrees.
  • Wednesday: A mostly sunny day with a high of 86 degrees. Expect a few clouds Wednesday night with a low of 58.
  • Thursday: Partly cloudy skies with a high of 83. Becoming cloudy overnight with a low of 56 degrees.
  • Friday: Cloudy with a high of 69 degrees. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies overnight and a low of 54.
