Wilmington's Memorial Day Forecast: Rain for Much of the Day

Wilmington, as well as several other cities and towns across the state, made the decision to cancel its annual parade due to the forecast.

WILMINGTON, MA - The Memorial Day forecast is not looking so good. The weekend, from a forecast standpoint was definitely fickle. Wilmington saw 95 plus degree temperatures on Saturday to chillier weather Sunday with highs only in the low 60s. Now Monday is going to be rain soaked.

Wilmington, as well as several other cities and towns across the state, made the decision to cancel its annual parade due to the forecast.

  • Monday: Rain is in the forecast for most of the day starting in the early morning hours. Wilmington could see an inch of rain, before it tapers off around dinner time. Monday's high is 77 degrees.
  • Monday Night: Overcast skies with a slight chance of a rain shower and a low of 63.
