A release from the MassDOT:

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation has announced that lane closures on Route 3 (Cambridge Road) between South Bedford Street in Winchester and Pond Street in Woburn will begin on the evening Monday, Sept. 30. These lane closures will be in place each evening between 8 p.m., and 5 a.m., the following morning, and will continue for approximately two weeks.

These overnight impacts will allow crews to safely and effectively conduct paving operations. Two-way traffic will be maintained where possible and alternating traffic patterns maybe required depending on the work being performed. The public is also advised that some work such as adjusting utility structures and placing pavement markings may be carried out during daytime hours.
