Latest on Winchester's Snow Chance This Weekend

Another dose of snow has entered the forecast for Friday and Saturday. Here's a look at what forecasters are saying right now.

WINCHESTER, MA — On the heels of our first real dose of winter weather, it seems snow is back in the forecast for this weekend.

According to the National Weather Service's latest forecast, there is a chance of snow Friday night into Saturday morning, and an 80 percent chance of snow. The snow is later projected to turn to rain on Saturday evening, with a 50 percent chance of precipitation.

However, Weather.com's latest forecast indicates that there will be snow in the morning which will mix with rain during the afternoon. Weather.com is also projecting 1 to 3 inches of snow accumulations.

Luckily it seems that temperatures will rise this weekend after near-arctic temperatures earlier in the week. Temperatures are projected in the upper 30s this weekend.
