Winchester DPW Removing Snow Wednesday Night
Downtown area the target and residents asked to remove cars before midnight.
The Winchester Department of Public Works will be removing snow from the sidewalks in the downtown area Wednesday night starting at midnight and continuing until 7 a.m. Residents and car owners are asked to have their vehicles off the streets before midnight.
