Winchester's Weekend Weather: Rain Early, Sun Late

Rainy conditions are in the forecast early this weekend, but sunny skies will prevail.

WINCHESTER, MA—While this weekend may have a dreary start, the lion's share of the weather is set to be very comfortable in the area.

According to the National Weather Service, rain and thundershowers can be expected on Friday Night into Saturday morning, but sunny skies will prevail for the remainder of the weekend. High temperatures are set to stay above 50 degrees, with low chances of precipitation thereafter.

Friday Night: Showers and thunderstorms are likely, with patchy fog after 3 a.m. Temperatures are set to stay in the low 50s, with winds of around seven miles per hour.

Saturday: There is a chance of rain in the early morning, but sunny skies and highs above 60 will come in for the remainder of the day. Winds between 11 and 13 miles per hour can be expected, with occasional gusts of 23 miles per hour.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear skies, with a low in the upper 30s.

Sunday: Sunny, with highs in the mid 50s.
