Your Winchester Weather: Warm, Cloudy and Chance of Thunderstorms on Tap This Week

After temperatures soared near 90 degrees on Mother’s Day, the week ahead is looking a bit cooler, but still warm. Monday is expected to be a cloudy one, before we see partial sunshine and much warmer temperatures Tuesday, before cooling off again with more clouds on Wednesday. The next fully sunny day is expected on Thursday.

  • Monday: Monday’s expected to be a cloudy day with highs near 66. With a 20 percent chance of a stray shower or thunderstorm. There will be considerable cloudiness Monday night with occasional rain showers late night. Lows near 52 degrees.
  • Tuesday: Cloudy skies begin the day Tuesday morning, followed by scattered showers and thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon with highs near 85. Clouds are expected to give way to clearer conditions Tuesday night with a low of 56.
  • Wednesday: A mix of sun and clouds for Wednesday, but no rain in the forecast. High Wednesday expected to be 69 degrees. Wednesday night calls for partly cloudy skies and a low of 44.
  • Thursday: A bright sunny day is on tap for Thursday with a high of 67. A few clouds roll in Thursday night with a low of 45 degrees.

Right now next weekend is looking iffy with sunny skies and highs in the 70s on Friday, but Saturday and Sunday is expected to bring cloudiness and some rain.
