The board of directors at Liberty Bay Credit Union, one of the oldest and most established credit unions in New England with offices in Woburn, Hingham, Scituate, and Braintree, has elected Peter S. Lincoln of Scituate as its new board chair. Lincoln, who joined Liberty Bay's board as a director in 2017, was elected by his fellow board members to serve a 3-year term.

"I have thoroughly enjoyed serving as a director and working with the dedicated staff and board of directors. I look forward to my term as Chairman of the Board," said Lincoln.
Lincoln brings over 39 years of experience in administration in the public school system. He's also a Director of the Scituate Library Foundation and the Scituate Sister City Committee. Additionally, Lincoln served as the Assistant Scituate Harbormaster for 20 years.
