Woburn Chamber Of Commerce Awards Scholarships

The scholarships are each worth $1,000 and are funded using proceeds from the chamber's golf tournaments.

WOBURN, MA — The Woburn Chamber of Commerce recently awarded a pair of $1,000 scholarships to area students.

The chamber announced the awards last week, naming Elizabeth Ryan and Zoe Titus as scholarship recipients.

The scholarships are given out to employees of chamber member companies or their family members. Ryan is the daughter of Cheryl Ryan of Impress Graphics and Paul Moriarty of Moriarty Financial Group while Titus works at Studio Cafe in Woburn.

The scholarships are supported each year by the Woburn Chamber of Commerce’s golf tournaments. The chamber’s next tournament is set for Sept. 12 at the Merrimack Valley Golf Club in Methuen. Online registration is open now.
