"The Health and Wellness Fair is designed to bring the community together with healthcare professionals and to bring awareness to several illnesses that generally don't show symptoms until later in the progression of the illness," Toni Walker, the Health and Wellness chairperson for St. John's Baptist Church, told Patch.

There also will be an opportunity for attendees to get the latest COVID-19 booster. Those who choose to do so will receive a $25 gift certificate.

"Also, it lets the community know that the City Of Woburn and the organizations within that community are trying to give back in various ways."
