Woburn Weather Forecast: Warm Temperatures Return
After an arctic weekend, the warm temperatures could be returning to the area.
WOBURN, MA—Temperatures that fell below zero put Woburn and the surrounding areas in a deep freeze, but the cold front is passing and Woburn could be in for a warmer week.
Temperatures are currently projected to break the 50 degree mark during the upcoming week. In addition, skies should be relatively clear and chances of precipitation are low later in the week, making for a more pleasant February week.
Here’s Woburn’s extended forecast according to the National Weather Service.
Monday: A chance of snow, mainly after 3pm. Increasing clouds, with a high near 28. Wind chill values as low as -8. Calm wind becoming south around 5 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
Tuesday: Rain. High near 55. South wind 8 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%.
Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 45.
Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 35.
Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 37.
