WOBURN, MA — A Woburn clean technology startup plans to double its local staffing after raising over $100 million, the Boston Business Journal reported Wednesday.

The company, Gradiant, develops systems to treat industrial wastewater.

The MIT-linked company's co-founder called the funding round the "last private placement" before potentially going public, according to the report.

Gradiant currently has 20 people based in Woburn and plans to double the local team over the next year, the Business Journal said.
