Concorde recognized as Best Place to Work for Financial Advisers

Private firm offering a full spectrum of financial services acknowledged by Investment News

Concorde Holdings, a nationally recognized private firm offering a full spectrum of services and support for financial professionals through its three lines of business (Concorde Investment Services, Concorde Asset Management and Concorde Insurance Agency), has earned a coveted spot on the Investment News list of Best Places to Work for Financial Advisers in the 30-49 employees category. Concorde Holdings President and CEO Jason Kavanaugh made the announcement.

“At Concorde, we consider it our privilege and responsibility to help financial professionals grow their businesses as entrepreneurs through access to the best technology, resources and leadership available,” said Kavanaugh. “We are honored to have earned a spot on the Investment News 2019 list of Best Places to Work for Financial Advisers. We are proud of our team, our financial professionals, and our strategic partners’ hard work and dedication to providing outstanding experiences that have made this recognition possible.”

The Investment News Best Places to Work for Financial Advisers recognition program identifies and highlights financial advisory firms that empower employees to provide clients with the best possible investment and financial planning advice. The selection process included a rigorous company submission focused on company culture, investment in employees, and human resources initiatives deployed to attract and retain top talent. In addition, an anonymous employee survey is completed to ensure employees have a strong voice in the consideration process. There are hundreds of applicants annually, and only 50 companies are selected. Concorde was recognized in the category of 30-49 employees.
