Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) is requesting proposals from contractors to provide a broad range of janitorial services and reserves the right to contract for all, none or some of these services.
OCHN invites contractors to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for services and requests a detailed response from all prospective contractors, including pricing and service descriptions in a specified format.
To be considered, a Confirmation of Interest Statement shall be sent electronically by 5:00 p.m. on March 5, 2019 to June Lewis, Contract and Procurement Specialist at [email protected].

MANDTATORY site visit on March 11, 2019 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at 5505 Corporate Drive, Troy and then moving to the Resource and Crisis Center at 1200 N. Telegraph Rd., Bldg. 32E, Pontiac.
Proposals are due via email to June Lewis at [email protected] BY 2:00 PM ON Friday, March 22, 2019.
