​Detroit Lions Preseason Schedule 2016: Where, When to Watch the Games

DETROIT, MI — The Detroit Lions will kick off the 2016 preseason Friday with a road game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. It’s the first of four exhibition games the Lions will play against teams from the National Football League.

Here’s the schedule:

Friday, Aug. 12, at Pittsburgh Steelers, 7 p.m.; online, GamePass; radio, Westwood One Sports

Thursday, Aug. 18, vs. Cincinnati Bengals, 7:30 p.m.; online, GamePass; radio, Westwood One Sports

Saturday, Aug. 27, at Baltimore Ravens, 7:30 p.m.; online, GamePass; radio, Westwood One Sports

Thursday, Sept. 1, vs. Buffalo Bills, 7:30 p.m.; online, GamePass; radio, Westwood One Sports

The Lions open regular season play Sept. 11 in a road game against the Indianapolis Colts. The game at 4:15 p.m. at Lucas Oil Stadium will be broadcast on Fox.
