Coffee & Conversation Special Edition: Meet the Candidates 

Drop in to a world of imagination between 6:00 and 7:00 on Wednesday, August 14th for our Pet Rock Craft activity! Kids gather around a colorful table filled with smooth, round rocks just waiting to be transformed. Armed with paint, googly eyes, glitter, and glue, little artists dive into the fun. They paint their rocks in bright hues, add silly faces, and even dress them up with mini hats and yarn hair. Everyone leaves with a new, hand-crafted friend!

We are excited to invite you and your friends and neighbors to come to Hope United Church of Christ on Wednesday evenings in August from 6-8:30PM for a summertime supper, a time to share what we are grateful for, and a chance to play games. We would like people of all ages to join, so grab your group &amp; come gather with us. This gathering is open to all in our community. Tickets include trivia, pizza, salad, and soft drinks. Tickets can be purchased at the library for $7.00 in advance or purchased at the door on Trivia night for $8.00.
Max team size of 6, and arrive with a team or we'll team you up.

We welcome the Lakeshore Ukulele Strummers for an outdoor concert on Saturday August 17th at 1:00p.m.
Join us for "Love Through the Ages," an hour long, free concert featuring popular love songs from the 1920s to the 1960s. Bring the whole family! The Lakeshore Ukulele Strummers will donate all tips to the Friends of the Library.
