All About eBooks

The Troy Public Library will hold free All About eBooks programs on Thursday,  February 13 and Tuesday, February 25.  These sessions are for owners of an iPad, Kindle Fire, tablet, or smartphone and would like to learn how to download ebooks from the Library.

In these 90-minute sessions, participants will learn how to set up an account and download ebooks free of charge from the Library.

“There has been a huge growth of readers interested in the Library’s downloadable ebooks due to the affordability of mobile devices. We see an even bigger increase in questions about ereaders and ebooks after the holidays, when it seems everyone has received an ereader or tablet. We are always looking for ways to connect readers with our growing downloadable collection,” Anna Cangialosi, Technology Specialist at the Troy Public Library said.
