Goddard School Students Create Works of Art for Charity

Preschoolers at The Goddard School located in Lakeville put their work on the auction block to benefit Doing Good Together, a non-profit organization that promotes kindness lessons and service ideas.

The children created amazing pieces of artwork that were auctioned off at the School’s recent open house which helped raise $455 for the charity.

Instilling an appreciation for art in young children encourages imagination and creativity and provides a foundation for thinking critically about design. Equally important, teaching children about helping people in need inspires them to develop a foundation of compassion and cooperation. The Goddard School’s art auction offers an incredible opportunity to reinforce these important learning initiatives while also giving back to the community.
