Continuing the annual tradition of a percussion-only concert, the Lakeville South High School bands invite the community to their free Big Bang concert on Friday, May 11. This year's theme is TO THE LIMIT, where motivation, procrastination and determination will be stars of the show.
Pre-concert fun starts at 6:15pm where everyone can test their percussion agility with rhythmic, speed and other To The Limit challenges. The concert begins at 7:00pm and is directed by Krissy Bergmark with special appearances by McGuire Middle School percussion club and guest artist Chris Belich. Bela Fleck, Boogsi Sharpe, and Edgar Winter are a few of the music highlights that will be performed.
This is a free, fun family event everyone will enjoy.
