Woman Trapped In Machine At Lakeville Workplace Dies

LAKEVILLE, MN — Authorities are investigating after a worker was trapped in a machine at QA1 in Lakeville and died Monday. Authorities responded to the scene just after 1:40 p.m., where they located the woman's body.

OSHA and the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office are investigating the woman's death, FOX 9 reported. The circumstances leading up to the incident are not yet public.

QA1 — located on the 1000 block of Hanover Avenue — makes automobile parts, including shock absorbers.
