Photos: MN Twins Dominate Houston Astros In Game 2 ALDS Win

The series is tied at one game apiece, and the Minnesota Twins get to play their next two games at home in Minneapolis.

HOUSTON, TX — The Minnesota Twins evened the series with a dominant win over the Houston Astros on Sunday night, winning 5-2. The series is tied at one game apiece.

Minnesota's Carlos Correa was the offensive MVP of the night, thanks to his four hits that drove in three runs, but his defense help keep his former team in the Astros scoreless for most of the game.

Meanwhile, Twins' ace Pablo Lopex pitched seven shutout innings. It wasn't until the 8th inning that Houston scored when the Twins' relief pitcher Brock Stewart gave up a two-run homer to Yordon Alvarez.

After two games in Houston, the Twins will get to play the next two games at home in Minneapolis.

Game three of the American League Division Series is scheduled for Tuesday at 3:07 p.m. Fans can watch the game on Fox and listen over the Treasure Island Radio Network.
